The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Treasury and Cash Management Administrator”, for its premises in Athens. The position reports to the Treasury & Cash Management Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all due invoices are paid on time and to the rightful beneficiaries
- Pays suppliers’ invoices through the SAP automatic payment program
- Pays suppliers’ invoices and other obligations manually by issuing cheques or, through other electronic means (RF etc)
- Pays taxes and other state obligations timely and accurately
- Ensures that SAP payment files are properly uploaded in bank’s portal
- Ensures that all manual payments are posted in SAP
- Refunds customers upon final invoicing
- Reconciles Suppliers’ accounts and sends remittances
- Participates in the SAP S/4 Hanna migration activities
- Monitors and manages the team’s common mailbox
- Communicates with colleagues in parent company
- Collaborates with bank and state employees
- Navigates and be efficient within a dynamic and ever-changing organization
- Complies with SOX (sarbanes oxley act) regulations
- Cyber-attacks and phishing attacks happen all the time in Finance sector. Recognizes and counters such actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree. Preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Proven work experience i.e. 1-3 years in Treasury, Finance or/and Accounts payable
- Systems Knowledge: MS Office, SAP
- Understanding of financial regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- High ethical principles and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Knowledge of banking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address process challenges
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
