Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language (other languages will be considered an advantage)
- Pleasant and polite personality, with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Computer literate and familiar with call center systems
- Responsible, professional and discreet
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in line with hotel procedures
- Handle incoming calls, take and relay accurate messages
- Provide information about hotel services and the local area
- Support all check-in / check-out procedures
- Manage bookings and appointments
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Process cash and card transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Comply with hotel policies on safety, hygiene and service standards
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Front Office Manager
