Your role: As an Office Administrator, you will be be managing the front desk and providing support and assistance to ensure efficient operations within the organization.
How you will contribute to our success:
- Greeting our visitors (e.g. customers, suppliers etc.) and forward them to the appropriate departments or people;
- Processing incoming and outgoing telephone calls as a contact person;
- Managing and processing of e-mails; Independent correspondence in German and English;
- Participating in the preparation and organization of events;
- Updating the company's database and performing various administrative tasks, e.g. B. Archive management, processing of office correspondence;
- Communicating with departments of other companies and provide effective administrative support;
- Taking on other office organizational tasks.
