Junior Technical Advisor Engineer & Customer Support – VOLVO Trucks & Buses

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Provide technical support, create reports and communication with the Workshops' Technical Responsible
•  Organization and presentation of technical trainings to network
• Create reports in the manufacturer system and communication with the relative technical team
• Communication and services optimization towards Customers and Partners
• Support network and manage complaints

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in relevant field, considered as a plus
• Knowledge of modern Machinery or Vehicles operation
• 0-2 years experience in technical support and complaints handling
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written & oral) - technical terms understanding will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to search and solve complex issues independently
• Positive attitude, initiative   
• Analytical mind, commercial thinking, and innovative approach
• Fullfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
