Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and implement national commercial strategy, including market and competition analysis, sales targets, forecasts, and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead the sales function, supervising the Sales Supervisor and coordinating 25 field representatives and 12 in-house salespeople; design KPIs, reporting systems, and drive team development.
  • Manage Key Accounts, negotiate agreements with major customers (supermarkets, wholesalers, industrial clients), and ensure successful execution of promotional activities.
  • Set pricing and commercial policies across all channels (Retail, HORECA, Wholesale, Export) and collaborate with
  • Marketing on promotions, product launches, and communication strategy.

    Optimize shelf presence, distribution channels, and promotional materials.

  • Monitor daily/monthly performance, prepare management reports, analyze channel profitability, and ensure sales growth aligned with cost and profitability targets.


The ideal candidate for the position of National Sales Manager will possess the following qualifications:

  • 8–12 years in sales management, ideally in food or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to develop teams and manage direct & indirect partners.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the food market, distribution channels, Key Accounts, and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation skills; experienced with KPIs, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
