As Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests' experiences and the following:
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect local and international flavors, while meeting budgetary goals
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, addressing any issues promptly
- Ensure a memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining an inviting atmosphere, prompt service, and personalized attention
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Coordinate and oversee special events, weddings, and catering services, ensuring flawless execution
