ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, leading the field of forex trading, is in search of Customer Retention Agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining strong relationships with customers and improving customer loyalty. The key role will be to implement retention strategies, handle customer complaints effectively, and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
Profile:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the forex industry
- Financial market knowledge and trading are preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and computerized environments
- Fluency in English, proficiency in other European languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a customer - centric approach
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build and maintain a resolution for customer needs
- Managing and enhancing customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies
