leading company in industrial solutions, is seeking a motivated and
results-oriented professional for the position of HR Coordinator, based in Diavata Thessaloniki.
HR Coordinator (Ref. 5932/HRC/ESS/GR)
About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to
join a dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting the daily
operations of the HR function, ensuring the efficient management of
employee-related processes. The position works in close collaboration with the
HR team in central offices in Athens and
reports directly to the local management in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, with
a focus on production and technical roles, ensuring seamless integration for
new employees
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring
through to offboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (both electronic
and physical), ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and leave management and
provide assistance with payroll-related procedures
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact, offering guidance to
employees and managers on policies, procedures and workplace matters
- Handle employee queries with professionalism and discretion,
resolving issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to the implementation of health & safety
regulations in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits team
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and prepare HR
reports and analytics as needed
- Participate in the planning and coordination of internal HR
initiatives and team-building events within the Thessaloniki area
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Greek labor legislation and HR policies & procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
