Office Agent
Job
Responsibilities
Check
in guests in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner, using guest
names whenever possible.
Handle
all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality,
accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Resolve
guest complaints and assist with inquiries regarding hotel services,
operating hours, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and local
recommendations.
Respond
to guest requests promptly and accurately, both in person and by phone.
Operate
reservation and property management systems for check-ins, check-outs,
changes, and cancellations.
Handle
guest calls appropriately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate
seamlessly with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest
experience.
Job
Requirements
Previous
experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel
environment.
Fluency
in English and Greek is required; knowledge of an additional language will
be considered an asset.
Ability
to multitask in a high-volume environment using various computer systems.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent
personal presentation and grooming standards.
A
genuine passion for service excellence and for the true spirit of
filoxenia – the Greek art of making guests feel genuinely welcomed and
cared for.
