and efficiently.

strong interpersonal communication, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Accommodation & Services Lead
You are responsible for:
- Coordinate
accommodation bookings and room allocations in collaboration with contractors
and hotel partners
- Act
as the main point of contact for accommodation-related issues, ensuring timely
resolution and clear communication
- Monitor
service quality, including cleanliness, food standards, and maintenance,
conducting regular inspections as needed
- Manage
contractor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements
- Oversee
logistics such as transportation schedules, linen services, and meal provision
- Maintain
accurate records, occupancy reports, and weekly projections
- Support
emergency response procedures and ensure worker well-being at all times
Your Education & Qualifications are:
- BSc
in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related
field
- Experience
in hospitality, operations, or workforce logistics
- Proficiency
in MS Office and comfort with data tracking/reporting
- Strong
command of English, both spoken and written
You are a professional with:
- Strong
organizational and communication skills
- Ability

- Problem-solving

- Detail-oriented
