What You'll Do
- Scout new investment properties in top locations around Attica
- Meet with investors and property owners to understand opportunities and pitch our vision
- Show properties to clients, evaluate their potential, and provide expert feedback
- Work from our office using CRM tools, Excel, email, and listing platforms
- Collaborate with the operations and acquisition teams to close deals smoothly
Requirements
- Must have a car and valid driver's license
- Must be able to issue invoices (freelancer status or company setup)
- Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Word) and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English
- Passion for real estate, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
