ERP Business Analyst

Your main responsibility
- Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define business processes that align with organizational goals.
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing ERP systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Performing data analysis and mapping to ensure accurate and efficient data flow within the ERP system.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Organize, plan, and perform Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Tests of software development and customizations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and technologies.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP analyst or similar role, with a solid understanding of ERP systems and modules.
- Experience with Business Process Modeling
- Experience in UAT
- Experience in dealing with software development teams
- Fluent English
- Experience in the hospitality sector (optional)
- More than 3 years' experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Creative and analytical that likes solving complex problems
- Kind and dynamic with great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
- Effective Communicator with Strong Presentation skills
- Quick learner that likes challenges
