Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our Strategy and Development (SND) team. Your data-driven insights and strategic recommendations related to pricing, sales tools, and reporting will drive informed decisions and contribute to our performance.
The role has a solid reporting line to the Group Chief Strategy & Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the development and deployment of sales enablement tools along our commercial engine in collaboration with other functions. This includes customer segmentation, commercial capability training, value-based solution-selling and pricing, and sales performance initiatives.
- Runs data analysis to identify improvement areas in sales effectiveness in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Implement robust sales performance tracking mechanisms and provide regular presentations, reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with different sales teams to identify areas of improvement, best practices and support the implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial excellence initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a data-driven and results-oriented mindset across the commercial and sales organizations. Stay updated with market and industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial excellence to identify revenue growth and optimize market penetration opportunities.
- Act as support in medium and small projects focused on implementation of digital tools and technology solutions to enhance strategy, commercial, sales and marketing effectiveness. This includes forecasting tools, sales force systems, pricing tools and analytics platforms ensuring coordination between functions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing, volume, sales, market share, and other commercial metrics.
