Role Description:
This is a
full-time, on-site leadership position for an experienced General Manager based
in Rhodes. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a
large 4-star All-Inclusive resort, ensuring the highest standards of guest
satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
The role
requires a results-driven leader with a strong focus on service quality, staff
development, and sustainable growth.
Daily
responsibilities include supervising department heads, implementing brand
standards, optimizing operational budgets, and ensuring smooth coordination
between all hotel functions—from Front Office and F&B to Maintenance,
Entertainment, and Guest Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire all department
managers and teams to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, including
budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
legal requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement
continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the corporate
management team on strategic planning, marketing, and revenue management.
- Maintain high morale and a positive work
environment aligned with the Group’s culture and values.
- Represent the hotel in community and
industry events to enhance brand visibility.
