Junior Penetration Tester Engineer

The successful candidate will be a part of a team that plans and performs continuous customers’ vulnerability assessments and penetration tests according to the customer's prescribed scope.

Candidate’s profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline (Informatics, Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security).
• 1 year of experience
• Previous experience as a Penetration Tester will be considered as an asset
• Ethical Hackers
• IDS monitoring and analysis
• Cybersecurity best practices, techniques and tools
• Networking concepts, including TCP/IP and routing
• Penetration testing, Vulnerability testing and reverse engineering
• Network protocols and packet analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Penetration Testing engagements end-to-end, including on Platforms, Web Applications, APIs & Mobile Applications
• Cooperate with customer Developers & devops engineers for resolution steps
• Perform hands-on penetration test
• Write detailed reports covering the outcomes of Penetration Tests and Red Team activities, including observations, techniques, and mitigations

Nice to have (any or combination)

• Knowledge of some of the following tools (Burp Pro, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, Core Impact, Cobalt Strike, Wireshark,) used for wireless, web application, and network security testing
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems, including bash and PowerShell
• Ethical Hacking certifications
• CompTIA certifications
• CEH Practical
• GPEN
• PenTest+
• eCPPTv2
• OSCP/OSCP+
