• Develop and implement quality management processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in a team management position
• 4-5 years of professional experience in the production or industrial area
• Familiarity with monitoring regulations
• Previous experience in analyzing statistical data will be a strong asset
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong leadership skills
• Great communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and time management skills
