As a Paintshop Coordinator your main responsibilities are:

• Provide daily guidance to Paintshop staff, supporting their training, development, and shift schedule.
• Monitor metal powder coating and chemical pre-treatment phases.
• Maintain 100% alignment with environmental, health, and quality protocols.
• Safely handle and top off acid/liquid chemical solutions.
• Conduct product measurements and provide operational data to supervisors.

The ideal candidate for the position of Paintshop Coordinator will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in metal powder coating or industrial production.
• Proactive team player with top-tier coordination skills.
• Advanced MS Office & ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced, professional English proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to a rotating shift structure.
