Job Role : As an HR Recruiter at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill a variety of positions within the organization. You will work closely with the HR manager and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure that we continue to build a skilled and diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Department managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
