As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics for the Managing Director.
- Streamline communication flow by screening, prioritizing, and managing both internal and external correspondence.
- Organize and schedule appointments, events, and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements and materials are in place.
- Maintain and update critical files and databases, ensuring data integrity and quick accessibility.
- Support company events, including the organization of company gifts and giveaways.
- Coordinate financial documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.) with the Outsourced Accounting Firm for timely processing.
- Manage legal documentation and contracts as the primary liaison for the Outsourced Legal Counsel.
- Provide basic HR support, including tracking staff leave/absences and providing essential data to the outsourced payroll service.
- Support and monitor the implementation of ISO procedures, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Coordinate specific business and strategic projects, including tracking deadlines and managing workflow to ensure accurate completion.
