Key Responsibilities
1. Mixology &
Beverage Preparation
Prepare a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with
precision and creativity.
Craft espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages with
consistency and attention to detail.
Innovate drink offerings while maintaining quality standards.
2. Guest Service
Excellence
Provide outstanding service, anticipating guest needs and
ensuring memorable experiences.
Build strong guest relationships and respond professionally to
requests or complaints.
3. Cleanliness &
Sanitation
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic bar and coffee station in
accordance with hotel standards.
Follow all local health and safety regulations.
4. Inventory &
Stock Management
Monitor beverage and coffee supplies, ensuring accurate records
and timely replenishment.
Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to
hotel procedures.
5. Teamwork &
Coordination
Collaborate with other F&B team members to ensure smooth
daily operations.
Support colleagues during busy periods while maintaining a
professional demeanor.
