Metropolitan College, the leading College in Greece and member of Metropolitan-AKMI Educational Group, the largest private educational Group in Greece, in the context of its continuous development is seeking to further expand its Marketing Department, with an experienced:

Brand Manager

Role Accountabilities

  • Contributes to the development of the annual Marketing Plan, in accordance to company objectives
  • Constantly looks for external communication opportunities that target to the enhancement of Brand Awareness and Equity
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to assess market campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Develops and maintains a detailed programming calendar and project schedule for all external activities
  • Participates in the evaluation of digital initiatives (owned & paid media)
  • Explores opportunities for B2B collaborations
  • Uses Communications effectively to complement and achieve synergies with the Media Plan, evaluates and enhances its contribution
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders (Sales and Faculty experts) to ensure strategic goals are met
  • Monitors market developments and oversees consumer research using available tools
  • Collaborates with creative/production teams to produce marketing materials, according to brand guidelines
  • Works with existing and new suppliers to obtain best possible value
  • Prepares evaluation/performance reports for each activity, signaling areas for improvement
  • Monitors closely the External Marketing budget and ensures the delivery of the yearly commitment

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Brand/Product Management (and/or Account Management)
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be considered an asset
  • Proven experience in successful brand development
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/So.Me including paid platforms and offline media operations
  • Previous experience on CRM utilities will be considered a plus.
