Public Sector Consultants & Senior Public Sector Consultants

The client is a consulting company providing services to organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Description
We are seeking Public Sector Consultants & Senior Public Sector Consultants to join our client’s Public Sector Consulting team.
Successful candidates will work closely with Ministries, Local Authorities, Public Companies, and other Government Agencies.
They will provide their expert guidance, develop comprehensive solutions, and support the implementation of effective policies and programs, for a wide range of public entities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of current policies
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to formulate evidence-based recommendations to our clients
• Engage with stakeholders including government officials to gather information and form partnerships
• Strategic planning and policy design for the central and local government
• Develop and implement solutions that align with client needs and objectives
• Conceptualize and develop comprehensive project proposals, to pursue public policies
• Re-engineering of administrative processes as an essential change management approach for the public sector
• Institutional reform, business and financial planning
• Monitor and support the procurement, execution and closing/reporting of multiple contracts, on behalf of Public Agencies
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of projects, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing corrective measures
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and policy briefs to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the fields of Economics, Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant
• At least 2 years (5 years for the Senior Public Sector Consultants) of proven experience in a consulting firm
• Strong understanding of the political landscape, governmental decision-making process, administration, public procurement legislative processes, and policy frameworks
• Experience in managing (leading for the Senior Public Sector Consultants) co-funded projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise recommendations
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve complex problems
