ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading services company, is seeking an experienced professional for the following position:

Chief Financial Officer (Ref.5911/CFO/ESS/GR)

Profile:

The CFO will lead the company's Finance Division, shaping and executing the financial management strategy while ensuring the smooth operation of all related departments. This role requires strong business acumen, involvement in the company’s overall strategic planning, risk management and ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations. The candidate will also actively participate in the digital transformation and automation of finance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, supervise, and implement the overall financial strategy of the company.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flows and financial reporting.
• Manage finance departments, including Accounting, Procurement, and IT.
• Ensure compliance with tax, financial, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with external auditors, banks, institutions and legal advisors.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and take appropriate action.
• Lead digital transformation projects and strengthen the technological infrastructure of the Finance Division.
• Support Executive Management in strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
• A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Finance) will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally overseeing either Procurement or IT.
• Certified Accountant License – Class A.
• Excellent command of the English language (at least C1 level certification).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel (certification is required)
• Proven leadership skills, strategic thinking and effective team management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with precision and speed.
