Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Food Service Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • determine the strategy for the Food Service channel for the atomized Greek market
  • implement the Push & Pull strategy for the Food Service channel and determine which accounts are processed at the central and/or point of sale level
  • determine the KPIs for the various customers and sales channels and monitor them closely and make adjustments where necessary
  • coach and support your direct reports in achieving their objectives
  • ensure optimal customer relationships and develop key account relationships into solid and long-term partnerships
  • identify new commercial opportunities in the Food Service segment and turn them into profitable business
In order for your profile to match this Food service Manager position you need to have the following:
  • BSc in Business, Economics or related fields. A Master's degree, preferably in an economic direction is a great benefit
  • Having a network of contacts in the Food Service channel is a great advantage
  • Fluently in Greek and English, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with demonstrable experience of influencing at all levels
  • Available to travel
