Junior Credit Controller

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum experience from a similar position is an advantage, although we are interested in the right mindset.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Competency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Methodical, self-motivated, and performance-oriented

What you will focus on:

• High emphasis on supporting our credit collection and cash management functions with dedicated responsibility for certain customers, day-to-day
• Review & preparation of new customers onboarding documentation in our systems (Master Data & Best Info 2 administration)
• Prepare accounts receivables accounting entries
• Reconcile accurately accounts receivables accounting entries on an exact reporting dates basis
• Monitor daily cash flow & prepare liquidity report
• Communicate on a daily basis the customer’s accounts receivable status to internal shareholders
• Assist with customers' accounting requests (Open balances, missing invoices)
• SIS reports preparation
• Support monthly internal audit controls & annual audit process on related topics
• Actively support and as a prerequisite be present on monthly reporting dates and annual closing (July 31st is our Fiscal Year End)
• Intercompany reconciliations & other analyses on request
