ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a fast-growing startup property technology firm in the middle east that is planning an expansion in Europe, starting with Greece. is looking for a result – driven Sales executive to seek out and engage customer prospects in Greece.
The role reports to Founder/Managing Director.

Key responsibilities:

The role is responsible for identifying new business, developing customer relationships, maximizing revenue and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments.

More specifically he/she will:

  • Serves as business development lead in Greece
  • Leverages and expands relationships with industry players in the country
  • Finds gaps in the property technology market, translates the pain points and determines efficient solutions that software developers can develop
  • Conducts market research, outlines common points that agents face, and tracks down their contact information in the CRM
  • Actively collaborates with Engineering and Marketing groups and reports frequently to the executive leadership
  • Outreaches real estate brokers or agents to incentivize them to post listings in bulk in the platform and becomes their go-to customer service point of contact
  • Outlines the value add that company can offer vis a vis the competition and presents the difference in all available service plans
  • Assists the leadership team with fundraising, when need be, and lead pitch decks development and presentation
  • Explores business opportunities with new clients and engages with them in different professional and social settings
Candidate’s profile:
  • Experience within the real estate brokerage, development, property management or any other similar firms will be considered an asset.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, computer science, or engineering (MBA is preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
  • Possesses appropriate soft skills in communication and negotiations. A self-starter who takes initiative sets ambitious goals and achieves results
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions
  • Attention to detail and a strategic mindset are essential
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to visit customers
  • Like to work independently
