Responsibilities
1. Writing , Testing and Reviewing Code- Develop and maintain high-quality Python code for software applications.
- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of the code.
- Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing software or applications.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
- Document code and project specifications for reference and future maintenance.
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the codebase.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
2. Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other developers, designers, and project managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Database Management- Integrate databases into applications and manage data effectively.
- Write SQL queries and interact with databases using Python.
Requirements:- BS degree in Computer Science or relevant certification
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience working with Python programming language and its libraries.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficient with Git and Gitlab
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools
- Flexible – ability to participate in a changing environment
- Ability to learn quickly and to self-train
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Greek and English language
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
- Effective communication skills
