Your Role Includes:

• Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Answering inquiries and resolving guest requests
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintaining a well-organized front desk environment

You Are:

• Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends
