As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and matching top candidates to meet the needs of our prestigious clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the complete candidate lifecycle—from sourcing to interviewing.
  • Proactively source talent using assessment tools, our database, and LinkedIn.
  • Evaluate and match top candidates to client needs.
  • Engage in client meetings to clarify job requirements and ensure alignment on selection criteria
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, acting as the main point of contact between clients and candidates
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool for ongoing projects.
  • Drive business growth through proactive initiatives that embody Randstad’s values.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MSc is a plus)
  • Fluent in Greek and English with strong communication skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in talent acquisition or a similar customer-focused role
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for effective sourcing
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and pressure management skills
  • Skilled in leveraging Randstad’s tech tools to optimize recruitment processes.
