📝 Responsibilities
- Manage
day-to-day customer order activities.
- Track
progress of sales orders.
- Coordinate
deliveries and collections via 3rd party couriers.
- Liaise
with production, warehouse and transportation teams.
- Ensure
purchase orders are received before dispatch.
- Monitor
stock levels and incoming shipments.
- Communicate
order/delivery updates to customers.
- Handle
customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Respond
to inquiries from customers, subsidiaries, agents, and distributors.
- Support
other team members proactively.
