Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the largest and most innovative DMCs in Greece, is seeking to recruit a motivated professional for the position of Excursions Officer for the summer season 2026, based at the Heraklion Head Office.

Job Description

• Support the Reps on excursion sales
• Facilitate excursion bookings
• Prepare and operate the following day’s excursion planning
• Communicate with suppliers efficiently
• Assist with excursion administration work

Candidate Profile – What we look for

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Excursions department position
• Fluency in Greek & English; knowledge of German or French will be considered an asset
• Very good PC literacy
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure / stress resilient
