The Position:

Requirements

• 5 years work experience in a similar role in a 4* hotel
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal
• Proficiency in computer use
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Very good organizational skills
• Responsible and motivated
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Thessaloniki resident

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience
•  Ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome, a speedy and professional check-in/out, following COLORS procedures and guidelines
• Be proactive and anticipate guests needs
• Seek customer feedback. Handle customer concerns
• Inform and keep track of housekeeping. Confirm guest rooms are ready
• Manage telephone reservations when necessary
• Perform shift’s assigned tasks
• Be well organized and prepared for peak hours
• Follow cash management procedures
• Establish excellent communication with other COLORS hotels and departments
• Participate in team meetings and prepare requested recurring reports
• Maintain Reception area well organized and clean
• Prepare shift handover
