ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a client within a leading multinational technology company specializing in digital power solutions, renewable energy, and intelligent energy management, is seeking a Service Manager to join its growing operations team.
We are hiring two professionals, one based in Athens and one based in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utility PV projects onsite commissioning (inverter and transformer), Storage projects onsite commissioning (Battery container, Transformer and PCS).
- Solve clients and partners’ onsite problems (malfunction of inverter, transformer, battery etc.) and output analysis report.
- Provide theoretical and practical training to customer personnel.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance work on BESS projects.
- Report to the Director Service Manager.
- Support Account Manager and Solution Manager related activities.
Qualifications:
- University or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, or other relevant engineering fields.
- Electrical licensing is desirable.
- At least 2 years’ experience in PV, MV, BESS electrical projects.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Business travelling and onsite service will be required.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is required.
