IT & Security Manager

ELEBOR S.A., a leading supplier and manufacturer of geotechnical tools with operations in Greece and abroad, headquartered in Moschato (Athens) with a production facility in Keratea (Attica), is seeking to hire an IT & Security Manager.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to manage and secure the company’s IT infrastructure across all locations. The role combines hands-on administration with strategic responsibility for information security, ensuring business continuity, and supporting end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & secure company computer systems, servers, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, internet access, and communication platforms.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot:
• Windows Systems (Servers, workstations, Active Directory, patching, OS upgrades, system availability).
• Azure Cloud (VMs, storage, WVDs, Office 365, ERP, Active Directory).
• Virtualization environment (Hyper-V, Windows & SQL Clusters).
• Configure and manage network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LDAP, digital certificates).
• Implement and monitor account access management, backups, and data recovery.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively resolving issues.
• Audit systems and implement improvements aligned with company policy.
• Provide technical support to users, ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee ERP systems support and maintenance (experience with SoftOne or Atlantis preferred).
• Ensure the security of data, assets, and IT infrastructures.
• Maintain and update the company website.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in IT administration within both physical and virtual environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting).
• Solid experience with Azure and Cloud environments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with information security best practices.
• Experience in ERP system (Softone) support and maintenance.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Network certification (CCNA).
• Cyber Security certifications.
• MS SQL administration experience.
