Purpose of the position

To carry out audits of clients’ Management Systems to ensure that they meet the requirements of International Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 27001 and other standards where competent

Location: Field based with frequent travel, main location Agios Dimitrios Athens.

Responsibility

• Undertake management system audits in accordance with BQC requirements.
• Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the audit decision.
• Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BQC policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
• Lead audit teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team
• Establish and develop an effective partnership, which secures the commercial relationship and encourages further cooperation in other fields.
• Technical Review of audit files.
• Development of new/novel certification schemes.
• And other duties as assigned related to our work.

Requirements

• Lead auditor course (40 hrs) in as many of the standards as possible (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 37001, ISO 50001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 27001).
• Other qualification will be evaluated as plus (e.g. Engineering Degree, Health & Safety Trainings etc)
• Minimum two years of experience in management systems in at least one of these sectors: Construction, Electrical, Environment, Mechanical or IT
• Demonstrates knowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standards.
• Excellent presentation skills, able to present audit findings professionally and effectively
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent Greek and English speaker
• Reliable and committed, willing to travel frequently inside and outside of Greece
• Prior auditing experience will be considered a plus (not a must)
