CRM & Data Management Officer

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known consumer healthcare company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

CRM & Data Management Officer

Job Description:

• Manage CRM support tasks, image recognition platform, and digital platforms
• Support CRM functionality rollouts, including internal communications and user onboarding
• Assist in the creation and validation of CRM reports
• Participate in end-to-end UATs between CRM and ERP (SAP), ensuring cross-system data validation and business process testing, especially during SAP upgrades
• Own data upload processes, including template population and data sanity checks
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency before system updates or uploads
• Coordinate and oversee support from external vendors and third-party teams
• Act as point of contact for internal sales teams and support vendors

Candidate Profile:

• Studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing of a relevant field
• Previous work experience in an administrative, operations, or commercial support role
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), image recognition tools (e.g. Trax), digital platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in in advanced Excel
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to organize tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and consistency
