ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator. Your role will involve managing employee data,
organizing HR-related documents, managing benefits and compensation packages,
and answering staff inquiries as well as with clients’ requests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documents, like employment
contracts and updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule,
changes, overtime, etc.)
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or
maternity leave)
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related
issues
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional
support to customers
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant
employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
