Pharmacovigilance Officer

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with PSPV policies as well as global, regional, and local pharmacovigilance regulations to guarantee the safe use of pharmaceutical products
• Support the Country Safety Head (CSH) in daily pharmacovigilance activities at the country level
• Manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and continuously monitor the safety of marketed products
• Participate in the implementation and follow-up of risk management and risk mitigation measures
• Organize and support pharmacovigilance training, patient support programs, market research, and company-sponsored digital media initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety data exchange agreements with partners and third parties

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology)
• Relevant experience in pharmacovigilance activities, particularly safety monitoring of marketed products
• Solid knowledge of standards and procedures for preparing and managing PV documentation such as ICSRs, Periodic Safety Reports (PSR), Risk Management Plans (RMP), Patient Support Programs (PSP), and Market Research (MR)
• Familiarity with national and European PV legislation and industry standards
• Proficient in computer applications and office software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines
