ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a mission-driven organization focused on addressing complex societal challenges through sustainable and innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Marketing Specialist.

Marketing Specialist (6181/MS/ESS/GR)

Role description:

• Support the development and implementation of the company’s corporate communication strategy and marketing plan, aligned with business goals and market insights.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing, communication and overall business objectives.

• Support the development and consistency of the company’s brand positioning and identity across all touchpoints.

• Support the development and optimization of the company’s website and digital presence to drive engagement and support community growth.

• Coordinate marketing and communication initiatives across platforms, ensuring consistency and strengthening brand awareness.

• Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, in collaboration with external partners and agencies.

• Coordinate digital and PR content across social media, website, press and media channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling corporate voice.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.

• Support the management of the marketing budget and resources, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI.

• Limited business travel during the initial period, with all related expenses fully covered by the company.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Marketing and Communications.

• Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or relevant field will be a plus.

• Fluent in English both written & oral and PC literate.

• Hands-on experience in marketing and communication activities and campaigns.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation.

• Strong conceptual skills, with the ability to develop original ideas and translate them into impactful campaigns.

• A forward-looking mindset, with the ability to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness and availability to travel as required by the role.
