- Provide
first- and second-level IT support across the organization.
- Diagnose
and resolve hardware, software, network, and printing issues.
- Escalate
complex incidents when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Manage
user accounts, access rights, and system configurations.
- Maintain
and update documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support
employees with training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.
- Participate
in key IT projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and system
implementations.
- Monitor
recurring issues and propose long-term solutions for system optimization.
