Reservations Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservations Manager to efficiently oversee all reservation processes and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will manage reservations through Protel PMS, coordinate room inventory and rates across all sales channels, and support the hotel’s commercial goals through accurate data handling and strong interdepartmental communication.

​Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, update, and process all reservations through Protel PMS with high accuracy.
• Handle bookings from all channels (Direct, OTA, Corporate, Travel Agencies, Groups).
• Manage availability, rates, restrictions, and room allocations in coordination with Sales & Revenue teams.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, amendments, and confirmations.
• Ensure accurate guest profiles, billing instructions, and reservation notes.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reservation reports.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Reservations or Front Office role within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent command of English (written & oral) — mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Protel PMS — required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both via email and telephone.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of a second foreign language (e.g., French, German, Italian).
• Experience with OTA extranets or channel manager systems.
• Background in Sales or Revenue-related tasks.
