- Actively welcoming and assisting all hotel guests and visitors
- Supporting preparations at the front desk and in public areas
- Handling guest inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously
- Ensuring a well-maintained, welcoming, and professional reception area
- Consistently upholding high service and luxury standards
💎 Your Profile:
- Very good knowledge of German
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong organizational, communication, and professional skills
- Understanding of the high standards of upscale hospitality
- Resilience and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment
