Property Inspection & Maintenance Engineer (TEI Graduate)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer (TEI graduate) to manage technical property inspections across our portfolio. The primary responsibility will be performing technical audits to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance. Qualified candidates authorized to issue official Energy Performance Certificates (PEA) and water supply/plumbing compliance documentation will be strongly prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular technical inspections across properties.
• Document property conditions, identify maintenance needs, and generate clear technical inspection reports.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation required for property insurance compliance.
• (Bonus) Issue official Energy Performance Certificates (PEA) and water supply/plumbing compliance certificates.
• Carry out minor hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks during site visits.

• Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) in Civil, Mechanical, Building Infrastructure, or a related engineering field.
• Good command of English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and communication.
• Proven experience in building inspections, technical audits, or property maintenance.
• Knowledge of building regulations, energy performance standards, and safety codes.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Certified / Licensed to issue PEA (Energy Performance Certificates).
• Qualified to issue water supply and plumbing compliance certificates.
• Experience with property insurance technical inspection frameworks.
• Practical handyman skills (minor plumbing, electrical, or hardware fixes) to address basic issues on-site immediately.
