We are seeking for a Junior IT Systems & Network Assistant to support the day-to-day IT operations, support users with
IT solutions and provide first-line assistance in the setup and
maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
After joining our IT team, you will be
responsible for hardware and software issues, installations, configurations,
and end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on installations and configurations of IT
infrastructure in company facilities (cabling, PCs, monitors,
assembling/disassembling hardware i.e. ram upgrades, hdd/ssd replacement)
- Manage software installations, updates, and
basic system configurations
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues,
providing support and solutions to end users and resolve day-to-day IT issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support
(hardware installation, cabling, devices setup i.e. PCs, monitors, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, such
as Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
- Work well under pressure
- Strong English communication skills are
