Since 2015, the agency has built a strong presence representing over 900 villa owners and serving 200+ high-end clients each summer. It is recognized for its professional excellence, discretion, and tailored service.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, service-minded, and entrepreneurial professional to join the team as Head of Destination for Paros & Antiparos.
This role combines customer support, on-site operations, and business development, offering the chance to grow within a respected international luxury travel brand.

The Role:
- Completing an onboarding and training period to understand the company’s operations and service standards
- Being based on Paros and managing operations across Paros & Antiparos
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the villa portfolio (300+ properties)
- Conducting site visits to strengthen product knowledge and owner relations
- Providing 7-day client support for reservations, concierge services, and on-the-ground needs
- Upselling premium services to enhance guest experience
- Sourcing new villas through research, networking, and local market insight
- Managing communication with villa owners and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks

- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales (experience on Paros or similar markets preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Driving license and personal vehicle required
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and online tools
