• ​Registering contracts, sending them to partners, and monitoring their progress (registration, dispatch, signature checks, return and archiving, activation of production and web codes, modifications, terminations, and adherence to internal procedures)
• Managing mass production transfers and liaising with insurance companies to ensure completion
• Training partners on the company’s software and applications
• Monitoring and supporting the use of the company's promotional tools

In order to apply for this Insurance Operations Officer position, you should have the following:

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with Datawise and BlueByte software will be considered an asset
• Certified Insurance Intermediary (as per Bank of Greece regulations)
• Experience working with insurance company portals
• For male candidates: military obligations must be fulfilled
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within an insurance agency or brokerage firm
