Role Description
The General Manager position is a year-round role, based in Athens during the off-season and in Sifnos during the on-season and reports directly to the CFO & COO. Moreover she/he will oversee daily activities on the hotel property including:
- Direct daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service, as well as guest satisfaction are met.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Address guest complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel staff to achieve performance goals and enhance professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and community leaders to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility.
