IT Support Engineer

In Arivia S.A., we are looking for an IT Support Engineer.

Professional skills & experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Systems support.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Windows Deployment (installation, backup, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Experience in the implementation & support of LAN/WAN networks.
• Experience in working in large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Degree in IT or relevant field.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Completed military obligations, if applicable.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions.
• Fulfill service requests and resolve incidents in cooperation with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure the smooth operation of End User Computing systems, Servers, networks, and software applications.
• Maintain the respective documentation of the relevant services, systems, and processes.
• Handle proactive support, upgrades, and migrations in the company’s Infrastructure requirements.
• Provide support to end users via various channels.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and peripherals.
• Manage IT assets and stay updated with emerging technologies.
• Participate in new projects related to network security.
• Interact and collaborate with all levels of the team to provide analysis, troubleshooting and recommendations.
• Administer enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions.
