Περιγραφή

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled  Network Operations Engineer  for a leading  multinational telecommunications company.

 In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first-level technical support to business clients using connectivity services. You will ensure service continuity by resolving incidents efficiently and collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for business connectivity services such as VPN, Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VoIP.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, or ticketing system to identify, analyze, and resolve network issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to second- and third-level support teams while ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
  • Cooperate with field engineers and third-party vendors to resolve on-site or infrastructure-related incidents.
  • Monitor network performance using internal tools and generate reports related to service performance and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, SLAs, and quality standards while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching).
  • Previous experience in a technical support or NOC (Network Operations Center) environment is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shift-based environments, including weekends and holidays (24/7 support model).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
