We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Network Operations Engineer for a leading multinational telecommunications company.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first-level technical support to business clients using connectivity services. You will ensure service continuity by resolving incidents efficiently and collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for business connectivity services such as VPN, Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VoIP.
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, or ticketing system to identify, analyze, and resolve network issues promptly.
- Escalate complex technical issues to second- and third-level support teams while ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
- Cooperate with field engineers and third-party vendors to resolve on-site or infrastructure-related incidents.
- Monitor network performance using internal tools and generate reports related to service performance and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, SLAs, and quality standards while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
