Operations Manager

On behalf of a prominent, highly structured regional Group with diversified operations and multiple specialized subsidiaries, we are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Head of Operations. Based in Western Greece (Agrinio), this executive role is designed for an accomplished senior professional who will spearhead the strategic alignment, process optimization, and operational efficiency of the Group’s parent company and its business structures. Operating close to senior leadership, you will serve as a vital catalyst for digital transformation, structural synergy, and robust business growth.

Key Responsibilities for this Operations Manager include:

• Group-Wide Operations Coordination: Oversee, align, and streamline the daily operations of all departments and subsidiary structures to secure maximum organizational efficiency and synergy.
• Process Optimization & Digital Transformation: Redesign and simplify internal workflows and business procedures, championing digital transformation initiatives across all group frameworks.
• Financial Stewardship & Reporting: Partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to monitor daily operational expenditures, ensure strict budget adherence, and utilize advanced ERP reporting.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: Safeguard the legal, institutional, and regulatory compliance of the Group’s cross-functional activities, including national and European funding projects.
• Strategic Project & Investment Management: Supervise the execution of high-impact corporate projects, actively contribute to the design of new products/activities, and evaluate/propose strategic new investments.
• Cross-Subsidiary Growth Driving: Make high-level operational decisions aligned with the overarching commercial and development strategies of the Group's interconnected businesses.

To be considered for this Operations Manager role you need to have:

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in senior corporate leadership roles
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. A Master’s Degree (MBA) or an MSc in Operations Management is mandatory.
• A proven professional background within large-scale Société Anonyme (S.A. / Α.Ε. / Α.Ε.Β.Ε.) environments, with expertise spanning Operations, Business Transformation, and Logistics/Administration.
• Demonstrated experience navigating and managing complex organizational structures, such as parent corporations with multiple commercial subsidiaries.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal), alongside strong proficiency with modern reporting toolsets and ERP systems.
